All about delivery and returns at Shop-Ping

How are our packages delivered?

In Belgium, we work with Bpost and offer 3 delivery methods:


• Bpack Secur:
Delivery to your home or another address of your choice with secure shipping.


• Bpack @ Bpost 24/7:
Delivery to the package distributor of your choice with a secure shipment. You are notified of the availability of your parcel in the dispenser by e-mail or SMS. You can collect your parcel 24/7.


• Bpack @ Bpost:
Delivery at the post office or post point of your choice with a secure shipment. You will be notified of the availability of your parcel at the post office or post point by email or SMS and you can collect your parcel there during opening hours.


In other countries, we work with Bpost who will send your package via a delivery company (post office or other depending on their international agreements), as well as DHL (faster delivery). All our shipments are secured with tracking.

How long does the delivery take?

Upon receipt of your payment, your order is processed within 24 hours. We will make sure to deliver within 1 to 9 days after processing (or after receiving your payment in case of payment by transfer). This period may vary depending on the availability of products or problems beyond our control. In case of delay, you will of course be directly informed.


For bulky equipment (tables, referee tables, robots, etc.), the delivery time may be longer. Please contact us for more information.

What are the delivery costs?

In Belgium

Delivery with Bpost

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is at least 70 euros including VAT.

- The package weighs less than 30 kilos

- Payment is made before delivery


If the amount is less than 70 euros, a fee of 6.50 euros will be charged for home delivery or 5.5 euros for delivery to a collection point.

In France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Delivery with Bpost

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is at least 70 euros including VAT.

- The package weighs less than 30 kilos

- The payment is made before the delivery


If the order amount is less than 70 euros, a fee of 7 euros will be charged for home delivery or 6 euros for delivery to a collection point.


Delivery with DHL

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is at least 150 euros including VAT.

- The package weighs less than 20 kilos

- The payment is made before the delivery

If the amount is less than 150 euros, a fee of 22 euros will be charged for home delivery.

Other European countries

Delivery with Bpost

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is minimum 100 euros including VAT.

- The package weighs less than 30 kilos

- The payment is made before the delivery


If the amount is less than 100 euros, a fee of 9.5 euros for home delivery.

Delivery with DHL

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is minimum 200 euros TTC.

- The package weighs less than 20 kilos

- The payment is made before the delivery


If the amount is less than 200 euros, a fee of 22 euros will be charged for home delivery.

Outside Europe

Delivery with Bpost

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is at least 207 euros without VAT.

- The package weighs less than 30 kilos

- The payment is made before the delivery If the amount is less than 207 euros, a fee of 23.14 euros will be charged for home delivery.

Delivery with DHL

Free delivery if :

- The amount of the order is at least 250 euros HT.

- The package weighs less than 5 kilos

- The payment is made before delivery


If the amount is less than 250 euros, a fee of 30 euros (USA and Asia) or 33.06 euros (South America, Oceania and Africa) will be charged for home delivery.

Bulky equipment (tables, robots, dividers, arbitration tables, etc.) and packages over 30 kilos

- This type of order must be quoted for transportation costs

- Deliveries of robots are only possible within the European Union

- Table deliveries are only possible in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order directly in the store. With this option, you don't pay any delivery costs.

Can I make an exchange if the size doesn't fit?

The shorts you bought from us are too big? The tracksuit you ordered does not fit? The shoes are too small?


If the size of your purchase does not suit you, you can ask for an exchange by email at the following address info@shop-ping.be mentioning the number of the order concerned. This request must reach us within 14 days after the date of shipment of your package. We will then send you the instructions to proceed with the exchange.


You are responsible for the cost of the return. Shop-Ping will only pay for these costs if Shop-Ping can be shown to be responsible.


Please note that you must contact us before returning the product. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your request.


This exchange guarantee is only valid for clothing and footwear models in their original packaging and still bearing the guarantee label. Without this, no exchange will be possible.


Items that have been discontinued will not be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange other items?

No claim will be accepted if it is not made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. No return will be accepted without our prior written agreement specifying the nature, quantity and value of the goods that may be returned. It does not suspend in any case the payability of the sums due.


The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped, in agreement with Shop-Ping. The returned product must reach us in the same condition as it was sent to you. Please clearly state the reason for the return and all your contact details (including your telephone number where we can contact you during the day and evening). Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount minus the administration and shipping costs.


The item cannot be returned in the following cases:

• The item is no longer in its original condition

• The item is damaged after you have used it.

• The item is not complete.

• The packaging is not original or intact.
